The mission statement of our company is to become the premier provider of roadside assistance in the Central Alabama and surrounding areas. It is our desire to deliver high quality solutions to various vehicle problems that most driver experience on the road. By embracing technology, developing internal efficiencies, and focusing on the client’s welfare, we can minimize automobile accidents and help the drivers get back on the road as soon as possible

Our Beliefs

Despite the advancement of technology and changes in most of our highways and vehicles, there is still a number of breakdowns that happen every now and then. The reasons for situations may be varies but it can be minimized. However, when break down occurs, the best thing to do is seek professional help.

Our strategy as a local company is to make our Roadside Assistance services available 24 hours a day, 7 days week throughout the year. We believe that safety is an utmost concern which is why we continue to provide assistance at any time day or night, regardless of the weather conditions. We also make sure to arrive as early as possible on the client’s location so he or she can get back on the road right away.

Our company understands what most drivers need.  We know how it feels to in a lock out situation, stopped by a dead battery or no fuel, and sidelined with a flat tire. With these circumstances, we give a quick response and guarantee to arrive on time. Our team of technicians are always on the go to provide solutions to any vehicle problem. We are a true 24 Hour Operation. We assist our customers day or night. When the phone rings, we answer and leap into action to assist in getting you back on the road quickly.

Winch Out Service

Did you leave the pavement and now can’t get back to safety? We can pull you back to safe ground with a phone call. Contact Dispatch with the details and we will quickly get help to you.

Fluid Delivery Services

In addition to fuel delivery, we offer delivery of oil, transmission, radiator, DEF and more. Contact dispatch with your request and we can have a technician deliver and assist with getting fluids back to their proper level.

Important Things to know

  • If you have Roadside Assistance you can request Coosa River Roadside LLC.  If they are unable to connect you with our services, you generally have the option of paying out of pocket for services and submit for reimbursement. Just tell your technician that you will need a receipt for reimbursement and they will provide you with the appropriate documentation. Check with your Roadside Assistance Provider for details
  • Lock Out Services are performed at the vehicle owners request.  A Valid ID and Registration will be required at the time of service.
  • All Payment is required at the time services are rendered.  We accept Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, and CashApp as a form of payment.
  • Fuel Delivery consist of 2 gallons of 87 octane unleaded gas unless otherwise requested.  Please tell your Technician if you require Diesel or higher octane fuel.
  • Receipts are provided upon request. An Email address is required to provide a receipt at the time of service.
  • A tire change requires the use of the vehicle equipped spare tire.  Technician will ensure proper inflation of spare tire at time of installation.
